I need codes for a Windmere Fan

I'm trying to create an Upgrade for this fan using my 15-1994, but I'm runnig into problems. The First one is that after I learn the codes from the Original Remote (I already did it more than twice) and checking this info in IR, the codes for On that togle into 1/2/3 different speeds and the code ...

Thanks pgk , your observations help me understand better what to do. Right now I'm able to create de Discrete On and Off for my Toshiba TV, however; I still have some questions. This are the changes that I made to my configuration:

Help with ToadTog to built Discrete On and Discrete Off

Trying to implement a Discrete On and Discrete Off by using the Toad Tog Protocol built in the Extender 5 for a Toshiba TV that doesn't have discrete codes (RS 15-1994 Remote), I already post my file in the Diagnosis Files in the yahoo group, the title is:

I was playing with KM, and I noticed that when trying to make an upgrade code of a jvc dvd for a 15-1994, by using the Device Combiner insted of the JVC Protocol; I'm able to make a key move to the SCAN/FAV on the KM. It would be very nice if Mark Pierson can help with these chances.
