Thanks a lot for your help, it works perfect for my Samurai (Colombia imported Chinese no brand) Vertical Fan just add the "Function" button and all the remote is functional now.

The learning function Keeps interpreting as a F12 but doesn't work, this new protocol work like a charm.

I really don't know what make the magic, but these was I did:

* Remove all Java versions on my computer.
* On device manager remove all hidden USB devices.
* Running regedit as SYSTEM remove the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB\VID_06E7&PID_8007
* Restart computer ...

Yes. Is a little scrambled the update firmware process but after the upgrade, then the xsight menu help me to restore the system files and the remote is working fine now

Hi does any body get any idea of backup the original firmware. I have lots o problems making two units works and without the help of ez-rc.com couldn't be done. what will be of us when site go off? regards.
