JP1 Remotes

Thank you very much. It works on my Windows 8.1. Now, I don't have to use my old laptop to program the remote.

A minor interface bug:

an activity's name on the activity's tab label changes in a special case.

How to reproduce the bug:

1. You have to have two activities at least.
2. Choose an activity by its tab.
3. Double click in the name cell (like renaming)
4. Click another activity's tab label (like ...

I have a problem with assigning a macro to a SoftKey of OFA XSight Plus (URC-8620). A macro created by RMIR doesn't appear in the remotes display among the Soft Keys. Assigning to a hardware button, it works. ( Raw file is here. )

It worked, here it is.

This is the rmaster.err file with the "Ending normal download" line.

Unfortunately the 'Save' and 'Save As' menu items are greyed out, so I cannot save the ir file.

I used a copy of USB8008 (URC-8610 XSight Lite).rdf file as USB8009 (URC-8620 XSight Plus).rdf.

The PID of the device is 8009.
I tried a copy of USB8008 (URC-8610 XSight Lite).rdf, then USB8011 (ARRX12G XSight 12).rdf. The remote is recognized in a way (no 'No remotes found'), but there is a never-ending 'DOWNLOADING...' at the status bar with both file.
