Fedora packages in place!

So, after a lot of work and several long delays in the packaging process: the Fedora package is in place. Practically, this means that to install irscrutinizer on Fedora 21 you do:
$ sudo yum install harctoolbox
Likewise, on the upcoming Fedora 22 release:
$ sudo dnf install harctoolbox

I have got a message (private email) from John that his library is in Public Domain.

IANAL, but I think this makes it possible for other persons who have worked with this code to claim copyright and possibly apply license restrictions on their work in these files.
