I have tried to load your 2018 file into RemoteMaster v2.07 build 2, which was the current version in 2018 and it fails with that too. I cannot trace how your file was created, so do not know where the error originates
Thank you for taking the time to investigate this.

Re: RMIR v3.2 Major new release!
Please post an RMDU file that has this problem for me to test with.
I placed a zip file here:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=27252
It contains two RMDU files, plus the "rmaster.err" file from each load.
The "(0)" file (dated 2018) fails to load.

Re: URC-7145 weird flashing behaviour
Try New Batteries ... I assume the 6 blink is one blink for the initial button press plus the 5 blink low battery indicator
Thank you!
The batteries that I used initially each measure 1.508 volts, so I thought that they would be OK. But they are quite old (expiry date: Feb 2018  ).

URC-7145 weird flashing behaviour
I recently purchased a URC-7145 (R02 according to the text in the battery compartment). But it has this weird flashing behaviour, which is quite annoying.
So I tried a factory reset (battery out; press a button; battery in; 2+4 together; then 981). I programmed the remote using the built-in codes ...

Now I am confused.
I have just tried adding a blank line, not typing anything into it, and saving the definition to disk. Contrary to what I said previously, on reloading the definition into the editor, the blank line is missing.

Comment lines in the "Functions" tab (RMDU)
If I insert a blank line in the list of functions in the "Functions" tab, the blank line is saved in the RMDU file, and displayed when the file is reloaded. Blank lines are useful for grouping functions that are related in some way. However...
