just to confirm: to go forward or backward to the next chapter, do I use the "channel" + ans - button?

The orei's remote has a "option" button, is this configured for this slingbox remote? the option button allows selection of different audio options.

is the updated bin file from the same link earlier? If so, I downloaded it and the stop button still brings me back to start of DVD

I have not verified everything yet - -at least the power button works, but stop button does not seem to work - it brings me back to beginning of the DVD. Will verify further and let you know the status of overall functionality

I got it to work now for web player...

In addition to copying the custom skin's spr file to C:\Users\<user folder>\AppData\ Roaming \Sling Media\WebSlingPlayer\Remote

We need to also copy the same spr file to C:\Users\<user folder>\AppData\ LocalLow\ Sling Media\WebSlingPlayer\Remote

Tried the .spr method. It works for desktop player...

Did the same thing for web based player, unfortunately, it did not work out using the .spr method...

You lost me... I could not find any .spr file from your remote.zip file? I saw only xml, jpeg and png files in remote.zip file..

I just tried this alternative - it did not pick up. I had the desktop player running - the custom remote skin appeared, then I brought up the webplayer - it disconnected the desktop player, but it did not show up the custom skin ultimately

yeah agree with you that the web player is bad in this ...
