JP1 Remotes

I will have to get up to speed on how to do that. All I know to do is download files from here and upload them to my remote and save that file on my computer. I don't know how to turn learned codes into anything I can upload here, but I am sure that information is here so I will find it next chance ...

I didn't have enough memory, but by deleting some of the learned commands and uploading those devices I could by JP1, I was able to learn enough to make it work fine. I even have some learning memory left to fix problems I encounter. Thanks again, sorry if I have been a pain. chris

I didn't try anything other than power but if that is important, I can go back and load them and try other functions.

Well, I am rocking and rolling now, just trying to get a second 15-2104 programmed for the master bedroom. I have Samsung SIR-T165, DirecTV HR20-700, Mitsubishi HS-HD1100U VCR, and Philips 30" CRT HDTV working fine. I can't get the DVD player, a Malata HVD-1800 as nothing I have found works. Does ...

Just FYI, you're supposed to copy the protocol from the box below the device upgrade as it will sometimes be different to the code in the Notes box.

Well, I'll be darned, I wasn't putting the 3rd party protocol in the notes section for the BD-P1000 but after I did, it works. Too cool, I have all 6 devices programmed into the remote. Thanks.

I was able to upload all of the devices I have tried except the Samsung BD-P1000. The download from remote is working now. It appears the Samsung BD-P1000 upgrade doesn't work with the 15-2104, or I am doing something wrong still.

Can you verify that you have the R6H0R6H0 (RS 15-2104 6-In-One AV).rdf file in the folder specified in IR's File , Set Directory , RDF Path... command?

Do you get any other messages when attempting to download from the remote?

Yes, it is there and that is the only message I ever get when trying ...
