Yes, the power button on the URC-7781 for TV with setup code 0650 turns the TV on if pressed for 1-2 seconds.

And, yes, I created a macro with your extender in which the last key of the macro was the power key of the T0650 code. And, yes indeed, if I pressed the macro key for 1-2 ...
