FYI a couple more remotes with RF capability: The One For All URC-9040 and URC-8350.
The former comes with an RF receiver for PC control and the latter a socket for home automation .
RDFs and extenders exist for both but neither really use the (limited) RF capabilities.

Suggested enhancement for Extenders
I am currently working on an extender and was looking at providing FAV key support for a remote that does not have a dedicated FAV key and it seems to me that there is no logical reason why it cannot have multiple FAV keys, or device specific FAV sequences.

URC1672 (SkyHD rev.9F in UK)
Saw this thread when it was recently "touched".
I soldered the pins into my SkyHD remote and performed a raw download in RMIR. This is uploaded to http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=11549 .
I also tried using jp12test but this failed. I think this could be down to my ...

Phantom Device
Looking at the RDF file for the 7550/7552/7560/7562 (Not B01) remotes it appears that there is a"gap", between the 6 device codes and the first VPT device, at EEPROM locations $016:$017.
Unfortunately, in the 7562 B01 the EEPROM arrangement is different and so this gap does not exist and so cannot ...

Changing the fixed data
As a short term workaround - Is it possible to use RM to create the upgrade and then, once added to IR, change the fixed data on the upgrade on the devices tab?

David,
Further investigation on this shows that if you set the Device in RM to 5 then the Fixed Data will be EC 05.
There is a reference to this in the last post of this thread.

Help needed to create URC7562-B01 Extender
Thanks to this site and a JP1 cable I have been happily using a number of URC7562-B01 remotes for several years. However, with changes of eqipment I have now run out of keymove space and so looked to see if an extender was avaialble.
Unfortunately, whilst there is one for the URC7562-B00 there is ...
