Anyway, I tried with no luck. Hopefully I will be able to add additional functions via the android OS but since that doesn't fall under JP1 talk, I'll just end it here I guess.

I'm moving to Japan this spring and decided to go with an android set top box. I purchased the Armada M8 . I managed to get the codes from the original controller and put them onto my xfinity remote (Comcast DVR URC-1067Bx3 JP1.3).

My Sharp Aquos HDTV doesn't support Optical Out except in TV mode. So I bought a HDMI switcher that has optical out that goes to my surround system.

I have a URC-6131n that has a sticker with G072801 and when I program a button or macro it acts as one button too.
