On the customer support they told me that the code for it is SAT/2101, but it seems it is not on my remote control's memory, what can i do?

What does "are changed" mean? Do you mean there are other buttons in DVD/0770 that operate functions of your DVD player, but those functions don't have any meaningful relationship to the button names?
