Based on code list downloaded from Oppo Digital
Mostly tested. v0.9 until I have used this for a while and feel confident in it.
NOTES:
Workaround for lack of direct input codes
For activity macro, this is an example for Input 1 - "Blu-Ray Player"
Blu-Ray Player;ON(10.0) turn on Oppo, wait 10 sec
TV;Power On(0.3) turn on TV, wait 0.3 sec
TV;HDMI 1 (V6)(10.0) set TV to HDMI1/Video 6, wait 10 sec
Blu-Ray Player;INPUT(2.0) Oppo Input menu, wait 2 sec
Blu-Ray Player;1(0.3) Oppo select Input 1 (change for other activities, see below)
Blu-Ray Player;INPUT(2.0) Repeat just in case
Blu-Ray Player;1(0.3) Repeat just in case
Last 2 steps are directly from "Notes" tab of UDP-203_Remote_Code_v1.2.xls downloaded from Oppo Digital's web site which is the file on which this upgrade is based.
1. For discrete input source selection, please program a code sequence of "INPUT" + (2 second delay) + numeric key. The numeric key is the position count of the desired input source in the input selection menu (1 for Blu-ray Player, 2 for HDMI IN, and so on).
2. For selecting a picture adjustment preset mode, please program a code sequence of "Picture Adj." + Numeric key 1, 2 or 3 + "SETUP". The numeric key selects a preset picture mode.
Inputs: (NOTE THAT THESE ARE DIFFERENT FROM BDP-103/5)
1. Blu-Ray Player
2. HDMI In
3. ARC: HDMI Out
4. Optical In
5. Coaxial In
6. USB Audio In
7. HDMI In Bypass
These codes are substantially similar to Oppo BDP-83 and up codes. Differences noted from 103/105:
1. Netflix and Vudu buttons have no function and have been removed from this upgrade.
2. Light button has no function and has been removed from this upgrade.
3. Darbee button just brings up Picture Adj menu and so has been removed from this upgrade.
4. HDR button added, OBC 8. |
